The Little Wild Goose Pagoda

The Little Wild Goose Pagoda is a typical dense eaves type pagoda, east of the Great Wild Goose Pagoda. Because its scale is smaller than the Great Wild Goose Pagoda, so it is called Little Wild Goose Pagoda.It is one of the two important signs kept so far from Tang Dynasty, in Chang An, the ancient capital of China. “The morning clock of the wild goose's Pagoda " is one of the eight scenes area inner the barrier in the Pass of Qing Dynasty too. Little wild goose's tower is not so large-scale as the Great Wild Goose Pagoda, but it is quiet and beautiful, that appeals many people in the ancient city.

The Great Wild Goose Pagoda

The Great Wild Goose Pagoda is the famous ancient building in China. It lies in the Kind Kindness Temple, in the of south suburb of Xi'an , Shaanxi Province. It is said that it was the place where Xuanzang, a well know Buddhism Master in ancient China, translated and stored the Scripture after he got it from India. Because it was imitated the design of Indian wild goose pagoda,so it was called The Great Wild Goose Pagoda.
